Alongside it, Yell At All Civilians handles crowd control across the whole map at once instead of you shouting down hostages one by one.

Two sustain features keep you moving through the level: Infinite Stamina means sprinting never runs dry, and the Gun Mods section adds a Damage Multiplier plus Infinite Bullets, so ammo management and time-to-kill both stop being concerns.
